• Use of the newly decorated Ballroom which offers a neutral palate allowing the versatility of all colors and themes. 200 guests can be comfortably seated with plenty of room for a dance floor, band or DJ, cake table, gift table, buffet and beverage/bar stations.

• Loading/unloading areas for caterers, florists, musicians and other service providers.
• Pre-event set up at no additional charge for Saturday parties.
