The kitchen is dynamite for any caterer to execute any menu.  Many caterers are excited to see our large prep kitchen. Often they are provided a small prep which leads to more costs for the client having to pay for the equipment needed to ‘build a kitchen’.

Clients are invited to choose from Legacy’s list of outside caterers.

• Prep kitchen for caterers
• In-house banquet manager who is available to answer questions or help with last minute in-house details
• In-house staff will be on site throughout the entire event
• Trash and recycling area available for caterers for no additional charge.
• A choice of loading/unloading areas for caterers, florists, musicians and other service providers.
• Pre-event set up at no additional charge for Saturday parties.
• Brand new five and six foot round tables, high top cocktail tables, bistro tables, rectangular tables and elegant chairs.
